PADI Open Water Course
It’s like having a driving license for scuba divers – Once you have completed this course you can dive at any PADI centre in the world
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
You’ve always wanted to take scuba diving lessons, to experience adventure, and see the world beneath the waves — this is where it begins.
Join the PADI Open Water Diver course, the world's most popular and widely recognised scuba certification.
STEP 1: eLearning
Complete the online theory at your own pace. Our friendly instructors are always
happy to help if you have questions.
STEP 2: Pool Training
Take part in 2–3 pool sessions at the UKSA training pool in Cowes — included in the
course!
At this point you will be a ‘referral diver’ – This means you can go to any PADI dive
centre in the world and complete your open water dives somewhere slightly warmer
than the UK!!! – Or you can choose to stay with us for …
STEP 3: Open Water Dives
Finish your training with 4 open water dives, either on the Island or just across the
water in Southampton.
COURSE OPTIONS
PADI OPEN WATER REFERRAL COURSE – £400
Complete all theory and confined water dives at UKSA.
Perfect if you're heading abroad to finish your certification!
Includes:

✔ All equipment hire (suit, weights, BCD, regulator, cylinders)
UPGRADE TO COMPLETE YOUR FULL PADI OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION

✔ Referral completed elsewhere – upgrade Just £360
(If it’s been more than 6 months since your referral, a refresher session is required.)
